Prayer times look different from my mosque.
Open Settings and choose the calculation method and the Asr setting that your local authority or mosque uses. Alif picks a method for your region automatically, and you can change it.
I am not getting prayer notifications.
Check that notifications are allowed for Alif in iOS Settings, and that Focus modes and Low Power Mode are not silencing them. The adhan sound plays only if your device is not on silent.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the purchase screen or your profile and tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: App Store subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel them.
I want a refund.
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases: reportaproblem.apple.com.
